Refund Policy

At Beugeot, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at contact@beugeot.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include:

Your order number

The item(s) you’d like to return

A short explanation of the reason for the return

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a drop-off return address and detailed instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior confirmation — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Personalized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns to cover processing and handling costs.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.
You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo of the product and packaging

A short description of the issue

We will review your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
