Processing & Handling Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
  • Once processed, orders are handed over to our logistics partners for shipment.

Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer shipping only to the 48 contiguous United States. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (5-10 Business Days) – Free on all orders.
  • Expedited Shipping – Not available at this time.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking updates may take 3-5 business days to appear as our suppliers process shipments from their warehouses.
  • If your tracking number is not updating after 7 business days, please contact us at beugeot.com@gmail.com or through our live chat.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are processed and shipped.
  • If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond 21 business days, please contact us for assistance. We will work with the carrier to locate your order. In the event that your package cannot be retrieved or relocated, we will issue a replacement to ensure you receive your order.
  • Beugeot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, we recommend contacting your local postal service for resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  2. A brief description of the issue.

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.
